Job Summary
As a part of the Global Legal Operations and Strategic Services (GLOSS) team, the Contracts Technology (CLM) Administrator will be responsible for working with various stakeholders across the Legal department on projects and administrative maintenance of Legal tools and systems. The Administrator will work in a support capacity on projects from design through delivery and subsequent support for legal technology. The GLOSS team is leading technology projects that drive digital transformation across the Legal practice areas, from enhancing current systems and supporting system integrations to developing business requirements and standard processes for new system deployments. The Contracts Technology (CLM) Administrator will need to juggle responsibilities to support various projects with a wide range of complexities and assist with the development, maintenance and improvement of Legal Operations processes and systems.
In addition to project and system support, the Administrator will maintain templates in the Equinix Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems to ensure the templates are accurate and trusted. The successful candidate will partner with legal subject matter experts to maintain template standards, gather appropriate approvals and follow documented processes to ensure templates are accurately updated. Additionally, the Administrator will understand the impact of the change on templates and be a trusted source of information for the template update process.
Responsibilities
Maintains templates in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and follows quality control processes
Assists with the development of training materials
Delivers process and systems training
Identifies existing process and systems gaps
Enforces and disseminates processes in coordination with process and content leads
Identifies and analyzes content and template inefficiencies and proposes recommendations for improvement
Diagnoses and resolves system failures and malfunctions using standard practices and procedures
Liaises with IT for resolution of standard systems failures and user setting issues
Maintains, reviews, audits, and modifies data, records and templates
Proposes improvements, policies, procedures and processes with respect to data and records
Ensures compliance with data and records policies, procedures and processes
Sets up appropriate user roles and security settings within existing and future systems
Maintains, prepares and configures contracts-related content to be used within the contracts systems
Responds to requests for support or info related to content or templates
Qualifications
3+ years completing similar tasks to those above, and within a Legal or IT environment, preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Legal technology and processes required
Project Management qualifications preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred
Ability to make decisions independently, knowing how and when to escalate issues
Experience working with business teams and stakeholders
Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
