Your challenge
Reporting to the Group CFO located in Italie, your main mandate will be to supervise and coordinate all financial, accounting, and operational activities of the company. Through your creativity, business acumen, and initiative, you will provide advisory support to management in the company's growth. Consistently with the company size, the role requires a certain level of direct personal involvement at an operational level. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- While direct contributing, supervise also the work of both the finance and operations teams (4 to 5 employees);
- While direct contributing, supervise all operational and logistical activities of the company;
- Establishing, maintaining, and supervising processes for sales, purchasing, inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management, as well as processes for managing agreements with these stakeholders;
- Supervising the production of monthly financial statements and operational and accounting financial data;
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and the adequacy of financial information required by the parent company;
- Analyzing operational performance and providing management with operational performance measurement reports;
- Actively participating in the planning, preparation, and production of annual budgets;
- Coordinating with external auditors the production of annual financial statements and tax returns;
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external laws, regulations, and policies regarding accounting and taxation;
- Participating in the analysis of special projects; ERP, WMS, EDI, etc.;
- Preparing various requests for grants/financial assistance;
- Coordinating activities with various financial partners;
- Implementing and revising financial indicator tools and systems for the company;
- Actively supporting management in the company's growth strategies;
- Supporting the General Manager in the development and monitoring of market development plans.
