```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team in the food industry. As a cook ,you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, cooking, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the kitchen.

```Duties:```
Undertake the meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
- Cook and prepare a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or expired ingredients
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a similar role in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
