En effet, nous recherchons un ou une candidat(e) talentueux pour le poste de coordinateur(trice) de l'inventaire pour se joindre à notre équipe a notre succursale de Laval, Québec. RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

• Comptage cyclique de matériaux, d'équipements ou de fournitures ;
• Distribuer, stocker et recevoir les stocks ;
• Passer des commandes de produits pour répondre aux besoins de l'inventaire ;
• Veiller sur les documents importants relatifs à l'approvisionnement, au stock et au chiffre d’affaires ;
• Tenir des registres des stocks à l'aide de systèmes manuels ou informatisés ;
• Vérifier les fournitures par rapport aux factures et aux bons de commande.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent;
• 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le contrôle des stocks ;
• Connaissance de la saisie de données sur ordinateur ;
• Bilingue en anglais et en français (de préférence) ;
• Volonté et capacité d’apprendre démontrées;
• Solide éthique de travail, fiable et engagé dans le succès de l’équipe;
• Capacité à travailler avec précision et efficacité dans un environnement de production au rythme rapide;
• Capacité de soulever jusqu’à 50 livres, car de nombreux articles d’entrepôt sont encombrants et lourds;
• Sensibilisation aux mesures de santé et de sûreté et de sécurité en place pour prévenir les blessures;
• Comprendre comment éliminer les déchets dangereux de manière sûre;
• Capacité de créer des étiquettes, de suivre l’inventaire et de tenir un registre du stockage;
• Capacité de bien travailler avec les autres.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are hiring a talented Inventory Coordinatorto join our team in our Laval, Quebec office. If you're excited to be part of a winning team, Echelon Supply and Service is a great place to grow your career.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cycle counting materials, equipment, or supplies;
• Distributing, stocking and receiving inventory;
• Placing product orders to fulfill inventory needs;
• Looking after important documents related to supply, stock, and turnover;
• Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems;
• Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control;
• Knowledge of computer data entry;
• Bilingual in English and French (preferred);
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn;
• Strong work ethic, reliable and committed to the success of the team;
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment;
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many warehouse items are cumbersome and heavy;
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing;
• Awareness of Health & Safety and Security measures in place to prevent injuries;
• Understanding of how to dispose of hazardous waste material in a safe manner;
• Ability to create labels, track inventory, and keep a record of storage;
• Ability to work well with others.
