A career as a coordinator in the Governance, Global Funding and Treasury team means playing a crucial strategic role with the management team. You carry out a variety of coordination, planning and project management tasks to optimize the use of your time and facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the business line and your managers.
Your job
- Proactively coordinate the agendas and e-mails of the Global Funding & Treasury and Treasury Risk Management managers, and ensure rigorous follow-up.
- Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring administrative follow-up and coordinating all related logistics.
- Coordinate various administrative aspects of the sector (access management, trainee program, HR aspects, invoice management and IT needs management).
- Interact on a confidential basis with external partners, various Bank departments and internal members for various files and see to the coordination of requests.
- Write, translate or revise certain internal and external communications in both French and English.
- Provide administrative support to your teams and work closely with them to improve the department's administrative operations and develop internal procedures and processes.
- Assist the management team in the preparation of presentations on various subjects and involvement in special projects.
Your team
Within the Governance, Global Funding and Treasury sector, you will be part of a team of three colleagues, reporting to the Head and General Manager of Governance, Treasury and Pension Funds. Our team stands out for its cross-functional role with the Treasury trading and treasury risk management teams, its quality of delivery and the development of cutting-edge expertise, all in a collaborative and enriching working environment. Our team also ensures that rigorous processes are in place to effectively mitigate operational, reputational and money laundering risks, and ensures the consistency and ethical management of Treasury and Pension Fund activities.

Prerequisites
- Completed professional or college diploma or academic equivalent, and five years' relevant experience
- Analytical mind and strong desire to learn
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience working with a large group of employees.
- Ability to handle urgent situations and to manage several situations at the same time
- Strong written and oral communication
