Project Coordinator (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required to be successful in this position. As Project Coordinator you will coordinate between clients and technicians by producing daily/weekly schedules as well as providing necessary documents/information inline with current workloads and due dates.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily and weekly reports based on priority and due dates
• Request availability from client and keep communication with client PM
• Work with Scheduling department
• Work along side GAV Project Manager and Maintain and update status of projects
• Plan workloads
• Track product & schedule fulfilment
• Build trust and productive relationships with clients, suppliers and co-workers

Qualifications:

• 3 years Coordinator experience
• Project Management experience
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong Time management skills and stress-management techniques
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills
• French an asset
• Understanding of Audio Visual an asset

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Communication or business
