A career as a Coordinator of Agricultural Account Representatives in the Specialized Agricultural Business Groups team at National Bank means acting as a resource person for Account representatives. Your role
- Ensure the standardization and standardization of the work of the 33 Account representatives based across Canada.
- Promote the development of the skills of account agents.
- Maintain team synergy and facilitate communication between Account Agents, colleagues and partners.
- Maintain the balance of workload between the different account agents.
- Ensure direct and regular communication with Account Agent (VPA) managers.
- Define training needs.
- Offer training and workshops on more complex subjects as well as individual coaching as needed.
- Facilitate change management during various deployments
- Lead monthly calls from Account Agents (French and English)
- Actively participate in improving processes to improve the customer and employee experience.

Basic requirements
- 3-year college diploma (DEC) and 8 or more years of experience OR a Baccalaureate and 5 to 6 years of experience
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and agility
- Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of commercial banking products
- Knowledge of NBC applications: ICOP, CIS, TIP, CO and CRM are an asset
