Coordinator Of Community Programs

Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee the implementation of program activities - Develop and maintain program schedules and timelines - Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to established goals and objectives - Collaborate with team members to develop program materials, including presentations, reports, and training materials - Assist in the recruitment and selection of program participants - Provide support and guidance to program participants throughout their involvement in the program - Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities - Prepare regular reports on program outcomes and achievements Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, education) - Previous experience in program coordination or related roles preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of program evaluation principles and techniques is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
