Shifts: Monday-Friday 8-hour days – 4 days in office and 1 day at home

Responsibilities:
Coordinate quality assurance efforts across project teams.
Engage with stakeholders such as system integrators, vendors, and internal departments.
Develop test strategies, plans, and scripts.
Ensure adherence to quality management processes.
Mitigate risks effectively.
Foster collaboration, mentorship, and innovation within the team.
Drive towards operational excellence in IT project delivery.
Requirements:
5+ years of Technical Testing Lead experience.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven expertise in developing test strategies and plans.
Strong technical skills in software solution testing and database management.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
