Join our esteemed oil and gas client as a Corporate Card Administrator based in Calgary, AB. Adecco seeks an adept professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Card Program, ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines, prompt resolution of errors, and efficient monthly expense reporting. ·       Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid (4 days in the office, one day at home)

·       Shifts: Monday – Friday | 40 hours/week

·       Job type: Full-time | 1-Year Contract

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Reconcile monthly card transactions and provide ad-hoc support to users

·       Approve changes to card user information as directed

·       Compile and report card usage and spend reports

·       Establish credit limits and monitor program utilization

·       Ensure compliance with procurement card procedures and guidelines

·       Maintain user and vendor lists, update systems, and confirm user status

·       Prepare and reconcile monthly statements for payment

·       Review and enforce compliance with procurement card policies

·       Provide Tier-2 support for related inquiries

·       Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate effective communication 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

·       Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

·        Minimum high school diploma

·       1-5 years of experience in a related field

·       Attention to detail and accuracy

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to work independently within a team environment 

Nice to have:

·       Post-Secondary education

·       Understanding and experience in supply chain management and general accounting

·       Proficiency in Excel, SAP ECC, SAP Concur, and MS Office
