What does a CRO in Calgary do?

-Monitor security systems, intrusion alarm, CCTV, audio communication, building automation, environmental and fire, life, and safety systems.
-Alarm responses on site
-Access Control- create tickets for access as requested, request vendor unlocks, badges for vendors and visitors to control access
-Communicate with building occupants during emergencies and with local police, fire, and emergency personnel regarding on-site emergencies.
-Provide clear and concise documentation of all incidents through available logs
-Perform audits and inspections of services and personnel, ensuring client requirements are met.
Qualifications to become a CRO in Calgary

-Valid Alberta security guard license and first aid card
-This position is a day shift position based in Airdrie
-Must be living in Canada for minimum of five years to qualify for reliability clearance status check
-1 year of experience in security minimum
-1 year of experience in dispatch/ control centre minimum
-Team lead experience is considered an asset.
