What is the opportunity?

The Corporate Digital Channels Program Lead is responsible for helping to build the RBC Wealth Management brand in the United States and support internal business partners through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Primary responsibilities of this role include managing enhancement projects for the U.S. corporate websites and contributing to the planning and execution of organic social media campaigns. This role works closely with U.S. marketing partners and the global content and digital teams in defining direction for and implementing Corporate Digital marketing strategies.

What will you do?

  • Manage the ongoing evolution of the US region’s RBCWM.com and RBCClearingandCustody.com websites, partnering with the global delivery team to create and execute website roadmaps based on business goals, metrics, and trends.
  • Manage and execute organic social media tactics in partnership with key stakeholders across the firm.
  • Translate ideas into actionable deliverables that contribute to lead generation, conversion and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with content developers to ensure appropriate and consistent messaging and strategic alignment across all channels.  
  • Partner with global SEO SME to deploy SEO strategies, working cross-functionally with content teams, stakeholders and resources to drive organic traffic and results
  • Manage digital tools, including our video platform and digital asset repository.

  • Ensure appropriate approval, retention and maintenance of all content and documentation within firm and regulatory requirements.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Four-year degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field with 5+ years digital marketing experience, with focus on website management and social media strategy.

  • Demonstrated experience developing digital marketing strategies and programs with an enterprise environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to direct, motivate and persuade; including presentation development and delivery skills.

  • Self-starter who is able to make decisions independently.

  • Experience with web and social content management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new systems quickly and independently.

Nice-to-have

  • Financial services marketing experience, or transferable experience in a regulated industry.

  • Experience in SEO, SEM, and paid digital advertising.

  • Third-party vendor and agency relationship management.

  • Experience with digital platforms and tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Workfront.

  • Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio.
