Summary

The Corporate HR Director is a key leadership role in the HR portfolio and will report directly to the President and COO. This position is responsible and accountable for the delivery of high quality operational and strategic Human Resources services, aligned with the achievement of our organizational strategic goals. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who can provide expert counsel to our Leadership Teams on all aspects of Human Resources providing timely, concise information, guidance and coaching, that are aligned with HR policies, procedures and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree
• 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
• Human Resources Certification

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement Human Resources policies across Canada

· Create and deliver reports and briefings to executives

· Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

· Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes

· Plan employee benefit, payroll, health and safety programs

· Initiate and supervise the implementation and advancement of human resource processes

· Follow and ensure adherence to relevant internal and legal procedures

· Oversee and check the update of employee records

· Respond to all inquiries by Unions and Lawyers in professional and timely manner

· Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent

· Suggest appropriate innovative measures for improving performance evaluations and employee engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $90,000.00 per year
