Summary

As a Craft Beer Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our brewery, responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our exceptional Craft Beer products to our valued customers. Your role will involve navigating designated delivery routes, handling beer shipments with care, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, this role may involve opportunities to work within our production facility and tap room.

Job Duties

• Collaborate with the Production and Sales Teams to pick, load, and deliver packaged beer and kegs to our customers across Vancouver Island.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle, ensuring it's always in top shape for safe transportation.
• Keep accurate delivery records and communicate any issues, changes, or breakages to our Sales Team promptly.
• Collect required signatures and documentation for deliveries.
• Assist in occasional Brewery-related activities, providing support to the team as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of experience in delivery driving or a related position is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting delivery targets.
• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract and demonstrate confidence in safely navigating our delivery van across Vancouver Island.
• Display autonomy, accountability, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of safely lifting, carrying, and moving flats and kegs weighing up to 155lbs with appropriate supporting equipment.
• Possess a collaborative and positive attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic reporting tools such as spreadsheets, cloud-based management software, and inventory tracking systems.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
