Crew Chief

Crew Supervisor - Pallet Racking & Warehouse Mezzanine Installations

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of installation/job-site crews
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to crew members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Collaborate with project managers to develop work schedules and assign tasks
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of installation processes and techniques
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Experience with quality control procedures
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of workers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

Additional Skills Preferred:

- Skyjack & Forklift Certification

- Height Safety Proficiency

- English/French/Spanish Language Skills

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
