- Process facility maintenance work order and security clearance/access requests.
- Audit and track inventory.
- Perform database populating and records system maintenance.
- Administrative work and filing.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a diploma or degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or directly related program.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent) with no more than 6 demerits.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with AIMS work order software is an asset. Training will be provided.

Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2024.
- An enhanced security clearance will be conducted.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).
