Adecco is currently recruiting for a dedicated full-time Field CSU Operator to join a reputable energy company specializing in synthetic crude production from oil sands in Fort McMurray, AB. If you hold a minimum of a 4th class power engineering certification and possess at least 5 years of experience in a large industrial setting, we encourage you to apply today!

• Location: Fort McMurray, AB
• Shifts: 7 days on / 7 days off (12 hours/day)
• Job type: Full-time; Temporary to permanent

• Coordinate functional tests with CSU disciplines, verifying critical interlocks
• Record as-built engineering changes on drawings, ensuring proper setup and testing of mechanical equipment - verifying mechanical equipment is operating at system design requirements
• Track, record, and report progress on assigned systems
• Record system progress and completion for plant  documentation

• Minimum 4th class power engineering certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a large industrial setting
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong team player with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
