Cultivation Technician

• Assists in all aspects of cultivation operations including trellising, pruning, lollipopping, deleafing, spacing and overall canopy management.
• Assists in the moving of plant tables to different areas of the facility.
• Communicate plant deficiencies or issues to Lead Grower for resolution
• Ensures daily production schedule and goals set by Cultivation Manager/Supervisors are met.
• Completes proper transplanting techniques including substrate mixing, container filling, transplanting and top watering.
• Perform plant and trimming destruction duties.
• Assist with Harvest activities as needed.
• Promote and ensure safe work conditions and abide by company required PPEs
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness of all Cultivation equipment, rooms and areas as well as sanitation practices concerning handling of plants according to Company procedure.
• Promote a safety culture by performing all aspects of the job following all safety

standards. Identify and report any safety issues or concerns without delay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hands-on, fast paced environment with high attention to detail preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math and computer skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, dedicated, and able to work independently or among teams
• good judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on one task for extended periods of time
• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently throughout a workday with given directives

• Must pass any and all required background checks
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
• Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, stretching, bending, stooping, squatting, and using ladders
