Quality Classrooms seeks a dynamic individual to join and grow with our Customer Care team. The Customer Care Representative's primary role is to build strong relationships with our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently input sales orders with accuracy
- Ensure the sales order meets the company standards and resolve any discrepancies with the customer order
- Key person to communicate lead times and additional charges of sales orders to the customer
- Monitor the status of sales orders and ensure sales orders are moving through to Procurement in a timely manner
- Efficiently process payment transactions
- Key person to respond to customer enquires about status and delivery of sales orders
- Assist customers with the return or exchange of items, damages and/or shortages and warranty claims
- Foster a strong relationship with customers
- Key person to promote our products, image and brand at conferences
- Occasional relief of other positions within the company during peak seasons or as vacation coverage
Experience:
- Post-secondary education, preferable in a Business Administrative program
- 2 to 3 years related customer service or sales experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills (40wpm+)
- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new computer software and processes
- Ability to build customer relationships
- Professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Problem solving abilities
- High levels of accuracy and detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team

- Training for the role must be completed at our Head Office (840 Bradford St, Winnipeg MB). Estimated duration of 2-6 weeks. After the training period the position will move to remote.
