The role:
We are hiring for full-time, permanentCustomer Service Representatives (CSRs) who are responsible for delivering fast & effective Customer Service to clients while promoting a variety of products and services.
CSRs are responsible to:
- Efficiently and effectively manage high customer call volumes.
- Identify and address customer needs, providing solutions and educating on product benefits, availability, and pricing options.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products and generate sales when appropriate.
- Record call and sales details in the customer management system.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets across multiple metrics.
- Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated focus on delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Superior phone and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Competent in computer data entry and the utilization of customer management software.
- Effective multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Successful candidates for the CSR position will undergo comprehensive training and receive one-on-one coaching to ensure their success in this role.
