T&T Soils LTD is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer issues or concerns
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Skills:
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficient in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
Ability to work in a extremely fast paced environment. Previous experience in the green house or landscaping industry would be considered a major asset.
