Your days will include:

• Managing all incoming orders, including any special requests
• Entering all orders into Great Plains accounting software
• Providing exceptional Customer Service by fostering relationships and assisting customers
• Completing daily reports accurately and efficiently
• Supporting receiving and picking orders as required
• Assisting the Purchasing Officer with special orders
• Monitoring medication orders and collaborating with the vet team
• Coordinating and facilitating farm deliveries
• Managing regular orders to other Distribution Centre locations

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
• Strong relationship-building skills with both team members and customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and Proficiency in multitasking
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Capacity to offer support and guidance to others
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
