Your days will include:
- Managing all incoming orders, including any special requests
- Entering all orders into Great Plains accounting software
- Providing exceptional Customer Service by fostering relationships and assisting customers
- Completing daily reports accurately and efficiently
- Supporting receiving and picking orders as required
- Assisting the Purchasing Officer with special orders
- Monitoring medication orders and collaborating with the vet team
- Coordinating and facilitating farm deliveries
- Managing regular orders to other Distribution Centre locations
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
- Strong relationship-building skills with both team members and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and Proficiency in multitasking
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Capacity to offer support and guidance to others
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
