What You’ll Do:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients and business associates both in-person and over the phone. The individual is responsible for general administrative tasks to support the office and fellow team members. The Customer Service Representative assists to support other administrative functions or special projects in the office as needed. Working under the supervision of the manager, the individual is responsible to ensure the tasks are completed in an accurate / efficient manner and consistent with company values.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients, partners, suppliers, and colleagues in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
- Responsible for directing phone calls and enquiries.
- Responsible for sorting, distributing and maintenance of the electronic department mailbox in MS Outlook.
- Sort and distribute physical incoming mail.
- Prepare all outgoing mail correspondence and courier deliveries.
- Create and prepare letters or other communications as requested to support other office teams.
- Serve as a backup for other teams as it pertains to clerical, administration or service activities.
- Candidates must reside in Canada and be authorized to work in Canada.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Consistently displays a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Must demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Teams skills.
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of a 2-year College Diploma in Administrative or related field; or equivalent experience.
