Master Packaging Inc., the leader of corrugate and folding carton packaging, located in Dieppe, New Brunswick is currently seeking a self-motivated and customer focused individual to join our growing team as a Customer Care Summer Studentfrom May through August.
Responsibilities: This position requires the skills to successfully and effectively manage internal and external client relationships while providing support for our various products. Working in a B2B environment, this role requires a balance of customer service skills with system and technical knowledge, ingenuity, and ability to solve problems.
Specifically, the successful candidate will:
- Interact daily with customers and relevant stakeholders to understand customer needs and values to facilitate orders from receipt to delivery.
- Become knowledgeable in Master Packaging products.
- Manage the approvals between the Design department and the Customer for samples, proofs, and art work.
- Provide ongoing support to the inside and outside Sales Teams.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred.
- Post-Secondary education in business or equivalent is preferred.
- A Strong Customer Service orientation.
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Intermediate computer skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
