Customer Care Supervisor (Full Time)

Customer Care at Community Natural Foods is growing! We are excited to announce that we are reinstating a supervisor role to help oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.

With and addition of new stores we have had an increase in call volumes and other inquiries. Along with the increase in workload, our department will be heavily involved in several upcoming initiatives, including the launch of our new loyalty program later this year. In order to best support the new and existing initiatives, the Customer Care Manager will need to step away from some of the day-to-day operations of the department, and that’s where you come in!

Do you have the following qualifications:

High level of customer service including being able to deal with difficult situations that require escalation from an agent.

High aptitude and adaptability for computers and various software.

Very strong written and verbal communication skills.

A passion for coaching, training, and developing staff.

Organizational skills to keep track of ongoing and complex situations.

Attention to detail and ability to see connections in how various systems and situations relate to each other.

Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.

Comfortable with change management and some level of uncertainty as the department evolves.

Prioritizing relationships with your coworkers, other departments and managers, and customers.

Flexibility to be available for mandatory emergency and vacation request schedule coverage.

What you get:

This position will be a Monday to Friday (could change to Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday in the future depending on unforeseen staffing changes)

daytime shift (approx. 9-5:30) schedule with the expectation to be in person at the office for most day shifts. With the responsibility to ensure adequate phone coverage each day (scheduling breaks, emergency coverage) **must be available for occasional emergency coverage on evenings and weekends outside of this schedule**

Flexibility to occasionally work from home.
