We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
· Customer Service - Welcome and provide a positive first impression, set the tone for guest experience and a lasting impression when they exit the facility.
· Communication – Provide information, answer inquiries from guests regarding attractions, promotions, and events.
· Problem Resolution – Address guest concerns, complaints, or problems in a courteous and efficient manner, striving to find a satisfactory resolution to ensure a positive experience.
· Attraction operation – Operate multiple attractions within the business in a safe and effective manner by performing safety briefs, monitoring guest performance, providing guidance, and successful completion of each activity.
· Maintaining Cleanliness – Keep public areas in the entertainment centre clean, organized, and presentable, including lobbies, restrooms, dining areas, attraction props, etc.
· Event Assistant – Assist with birthday party, and corporate events to provide a positive Customer Experience.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to enforce safety rules and regulations effectively.
· Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response is an asset.
· Familiarity with attraction operation in a similar setting is preferred.
· Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail.
· Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50lbs safely and effectively.
