We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of the indoor go-kart facility by managing the effective operation to ensure a flawless Customer Experience, including front desk, added attractions, and all customer service-related expectations. Supporting all team members by ensuring operational excellence, budgetary control of the department(s), and fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Leading all team members and managing the daily operations of the front end, facility maintenance, and additional attractions within. Being a positive role model for any and all staff members.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate front end and attractions staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by managing customer interactions and addressing concerns promptly. Contribute to the auditing of the Customer Experience to maintain high standards. Assist other managers with Customer Experience-related issues.
- Financial Responsibilities: Assist with cash handling duties, including till preparation, and deposit preparation. Manage budgetary requirements of departments as required.
- Operational Support: Aid in ordering and purchasing operational supplies and retail merchandise. Performing operational paperwork related to safety, accounting, and inventory.
- Facility Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the practical operational feasibility of the center.
- Safety Compliance: Collaborate with the management team to consistently follow safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Holds at least 3-5 years of experience in comparable management roles and customer service.
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Displays a genuine passion for fostering a safe and enjoyable work environment.
- Capable of making informed decisions in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Communicates effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
