Duties and responsibilities include:
- Receiving and processing telephone requests at a fast pace environment
- Working with customer complaints
- Completing all necessary paperwork for orders, invoices, credits, and new customers
- Recording and processing requests for brochures, panels, data and MSD sheets
- Following up on purchase orders, delivery issues, customer inquiries, credits, and lab orders
- Communicating with Sales Representatives about customer inquiries and order
- Supporting and promoting “TIGER’s Great Place to Work" and Liberating Organism Culture
Required Qualifications:
- High English proficiency is a must.
- Spanish and French an asset.
- 3+ years’ experience working in Customer Service (on the phone)
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- SAP knowledge an asset
