Customer Liaison

Morrison Homes is currently looking for a Liaison to join our team for the single-family division in Calgary. As a top, award-winning builder, we have worked hard to build a reputation as the Homebuyer’s Best Friend™ and are looking for a candidate to help maintain our core values with dedication and perseverance. As the Customer Liaison you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating to the customer what it means to build with Morrison Homes as well as the sincerity and integrity behind our reputation.

Job Responsibilities

The Candidate with be responsible to meet and liaise with customers and new homeowners from Purchase Agreement through to the end of construction. Working with the Area Manager to ensure a smooth transition and provide excellent customer service. Be fully versed on specifications and inclusions for our Estate Communities and all potential optional features homeowners have available to them. The Candidate must also address any concerns that arise and work with departments to resolve the concerns in an expeditious manner.

Skill Requirements

The skills required for this position are the ability to work collaboratively with a team dedicated to exceptional customer service, well organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and coordinate various activities.

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Understand the finesse required to deal with sensitive situations in a discreet and respectful manor
  • General knowledge of design
  • Understand the sales process for new home builds
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
  • A good understanding of the stages of construction for new home builds
  • Maintain and promote a positive image on Morrison Homes by providing a high caliber of professional service
  • Ensure clear & accurate documents and communication goes to the customer, trades, & field personnel in a timely manner according to schedules
