About the Role

Onsite coverage at customer facility to interface with primary departments (audit bay, materials, manufacturing) at  both plant floor and management levels with the purpose of timely investigation and resolution of quality/material/manufacturing issues on received product.  Acts as an early warning system to tackle concerns before it becomes a customer issue and focuses on NCT reduction and prevention of yard purges/sweeps. Key focus is building a strong, positive customer relationship to reflect Integram's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitors incoming seat assemblies at customer location for any non-compliance issues related to established quality standards and material packaging/shipping requirements and notifies Integram of all issues requiring action
  • Investigates non-conformance situations to determine point of responsibility and participates with root cause analysis activities - interfaces with Product/Mfg. Engineering and Quality Engineers to identify root cause and potential solutions (areas covered include but not limited to Validation Yard, 4 Post Shaker, Huntsville, CSA Audit and Seat Install)
  • Monitors the NCT database on a daily basis, ensuring containment information is uploaded, is coded correctly and assigned to the correct supplier, and that disputes are submitted on time when warranted
  • Generates IWS daily/monthly reports of issues found at WAP along with VIN traceability and photos where applicable - Maintains log and associated graphs
  • Provides feedback to the customer on quality and supply issues at Windsor Assembly Plant.   Attends  customer meetings and presents investigative results/actions on customer defined reports as needed  
  • Respond timely to customer concerns (GIMS, NCT) - investigate complaints and engage the appropriate technical resources to determine root cause and define corrective actions to resolve the issue - verify implementation & effectiveness and submit corrective action reports - generate customer performance summary reports and graphs and update applicable logs
  • Provides guidance and training to customer repair areas for seat specific issues and assists with PER evaluations through the customer facility
  • Participates with craftsmanship reviews to assess acceptability of product based on customer audit criteria as well as flag any new potential issues
  • Provides replacement components for WAP as needed and arranges for seat replacements as required - monitors and reports all costs related to these activities
  • Works with customer designated sort facility to coordinate yard purges/sweeps and assists where needed to perform actual sorts or perform rework activity at customer location
  • Utilizes Docuquest to develop and update forms and work instructions related to area of responsibility and ensure files are archived appropriately
