We are seeking an individual who has good people skills and takes direction well
We are taking our reception position in a different direction, as such we require an individual to become a Customer Relations liaison which will involve certain aspects of data mining, and business retention and improvement practices.
The reception duties will mainly revolve around reception, incoming phone duties and accounting type clerical work. The successful candidate will be trained to be an assistant to the Management team and perform a variety of administrative duties each day. These include.
-Electronic stocking in of vehicles, licensing vehicles, some general accounting duties.
-Performs various clerical tasks which include but are not limited to typing, filing, maintaining logs and data entry.
-Support Sales staff with customer file administration and receipt of payments.
-Communicate with Managers in a timely fashion with any identified customer concerns.
-Create cash reports and receipts.
-Aid in general administrative functions within the dealership.
Preference will be given to candidates who have good phone skills, a phone training background and good organizational skills
Prior knowledge of computers and word and excel programs is a must.
Service experience in a retail field is an asset but not a requirement.

Salary: From $16.55 per hour
