Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and order tracking.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Inventory sorting, pricing, testing and merchandising
- Process payments and handle cash transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
- Experience in technical sales is preferred.
- Proficient phone etiquette to provide courteous and helpful assistance.
- Ability to upsell products and services to increase revenue.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Fluency in English is required. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Salary: $16.65-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
