I'm assisting one of our clients located in the east end of Montreal, in the field of insurance financing, in their search for a Customer Relations Advisor.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to calls and e-mails from policyholders, brokers and other stakeholders;
- Participate in the activation and updating of financing contracts and assist in the use of various tools and platforms;
- Participate in administrative tasks such as the preparation of such as letters and reports.
Skills and experience required :
- 5 years' experience in a customer service position in insurance or banking.
- Bilingual, spoken and written
- Completed a college diploma in accounting or business administration
- Proficiency with the Office suite
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work within strict deadlines
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a tight deadlines
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
PROCESS: Initial interview with Gabriel Lemoine, Fed Supply Recruitment Consultant - followed by an interview with the company's Human Resources Manager and Position Manager.
