Customer Relations Representatives

Virden Ford is looking to add Customer Relations Representatives to our Team! With our growing Ford Family we have made the decision to add to our team to better serve our customers.

Job Summary: The Customer Relations Representatives plays an integral role in Virden Ford Sales achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction after the purchase of a vehicle. The Customer Relations Representatives will be responsible for ensuring customers are satisfied with their vehicles throughout their ownership. The successful candidate will be energetic, conscientious and focused on providing a customer-centric experience.
Qualifications:

• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to Team building and relationships
• High Attention to detail, Time Management, and organization
• Ensure proper completion of all invoicing and relevant internal paperwork
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Previous Automotive Service or sales experience is and asset
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Over the past 17 years Virden Ford Sales has grown and become a key dealer in the rural areas of Virden Manitoba. With said years comes experience giving our customers the best experience from the purchase of their first vehicle to the purchase of their last.
