Customer Retention Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Retention Representative to join our award-winning team here at Trent Valley Honda!

As a Representative in our Business Development Centre, you enjoy corresponding with customers either over the phone, through text, or email - and in person occasionally. Your ability to handle incoming activities to make service appointments, educate customers, and handle enquires interdepartmentally is quick, responsive, informational and professional. Some outbound activities like promoting special events and reminding customers of their manufacturer recommended service appointments is required to help maintain active customer relationships.

You’ll bring:

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a same, or similar role, with a minimum of a solid, two (2) years of customer service experience - the automotive industry is preferred;
• Call center experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
• The ability to examine customer data in software systems in order to collect and enter relevant information while on the phone to ensure accounts are updated and accurately maintained;
• The drive and desire to meet daily and monthly production goals and expectations;

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak times. The compensation plan includes a base rate of $18.00 per hour, with a bonus plan that lifts it to a $45,000+ earning potential. We welcome your resume through our careers page at tvhonda.com.
