Customer Service Associate

Basic Function

We are looking for ambassadors to the store- one who creates an outstanding first and last impression customer. They welcome guests in a positive and enthusiastic manner, provide general information about the store, and can easily direct the customer to the appropriate person for further assistance. This position is always looking for ways to enhance the customer’s experience. Whether they are offering baskets to wandering guests or carrying an item out to their car, they constantly strive to exceed the customer’s expectations. Walking the sales aisles, facing shelves with product, ensuring no empty holes, and filling with inventory. Will be responsible for picking, and tagging orders ensuring they are ready to go for the next day’s delivery schedule.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

Have a great friendly attitude enhancing the Customer Service experience

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and Customer Service skills.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.20-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
