Our company is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee our operations in Southern Alberta.. The ideal candidate must have experience of manager people, Customer Service experience, and a proven track record of success in managing teams. The Area Manager will be responsible for setting goals and objectives, developing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and providing leadership and guidance to employees. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of service and repairs of garage doors
- Monitor performance of staff and train & coach when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure that goals are met within the allocated timeframe.
- Provide regular reports on progress to senior management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $65,000.00-$88,000.00 per year
