Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Service & Business Enablement Manager leads the Customer Service team and is accountable for the front line systems and processes to ensure value preservation and that our customers are achieving the desired results within end-to-end processes for the Western Prairies. In this role, you will lead, advise and make decisions on all major Customer Service activities. The Customer Service & Business Enablement Manager is a member of the Western Prairies regional leadership team.
**This role offers a remote work opportunity. Preference will be given to those candidates in Alberta or Western Saskatchewan.**
Key Accountabilities
Coach cross-functional teams to provide a seamless and differentiated customer experience across product lines for the the Customer Service team in alignment & collaboration with other customer facing teams and informed by our customer value proposition direction
Oversee supervisors in the selection of staff and other employees, resolving resource needs and approve candidates.
Oversee and direct process discipline within the area of grain purchase & crop inputs sales in conjunction with direct & indirect leaders and their direct reports.
Develop and implement medium term Customer Service strategies for a medium to large customer base.
Contribute to the definition of improvement projects and commitments requiring an extensive understanding of our processes to serve customers.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Ability to travel 30% for business within Alberta & Western Saskatchewan
Possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver’s Licence in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment.
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada Preferred Qualifications
Three years of supervisory experience
Previous working knowledge in SAP and Salesforce
