Customer Service Representative/Cashier

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

```Duties```
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any product or service-related issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience

- Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement, including creating content and responding to customer comments and inquiries.

- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of washrooms and frequently touched surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment

- Ensure the regular cleaning of chairs, tables, including high chairs, and ensure their proper maintenance

```Requirements```
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred but not required
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.50-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Call center: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
