A bit about you:
As the Customer Success Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll assist in the coordination of client bookings with our internal team and lead them through the full Sona-Journey.
You enjoy organizing and take pride in having the best tools and methods of keeping things nicely sorted. You take initiative, schedule appointments like a boss, tackle administrative projects with ease, and have a knack for knowing when your teammates need support. Your attention to detail is unparalleled; you notice gaps and work to close them independently when possible. You bring a sense of empathy and understanding to your customers, play well in a team and have a passion for helping others.
Most things you’ll take on day-to-day:
- Explore booking solutions with clients that best suit their needs
- Understand our processes, packages, and pricing to answer all client inquiries
- Communicate and schedule bookings with clients & internal teams
- Review projects prior to delivery to clients
- Perform general billing and accounting tasks with clients and third parties
- Follow up and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Bookings/emails / incoming calls / outgoing calls / scheduling / calendars backend: invoicing, confirmation emails, etc.
- Deliveries: photos, measurements, matterports, Saturday deliveries
Qualifications you bring to the team
- Two+ years of administrative experience is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with computers (Mac OS) is required
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
- Precision and thorough attention to detail is necessary
- Must be professional and have strong communication & interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Confidence working independently
- Positive, friendly and empathetic personality
- Excellent organizational skills are key
- Driven and excellent initiative skills
- Handles a fast passed work environment
This is a fully remote position and we're looking for someone who is flexible to work from Tuesday's to Saturday's. We’re looking for flexibility to work outside of regular office hours if needed. Our preference is to find candidates located in, or near Calgary, but are open to individuals further away.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
