APEX is the wireless division of the Westlund Group of Companies and a dealer for TELUS. For 35 years we have assisted the growth of businesses in Canada. Our team is highly trained to consult, supply, and support multiple areas of a company’s business requirements. These range from supplying company Smartphones, Landlines and Internet services.
We have an immediate opening for an Customer Service Specialist in our Central Fulfillment team at our Head Office in Langley, BC. This position is crucial in supporting our outbound sales teams and our customers.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Sales Support and Order Fulfillment for our outbound sales reps.
- Activate, set up and deploy client Smartphones, desk phones, and internet connectivity through our internal ticketing system.
- Responding to customer/sales rep inquries through our help desk ticketing system.
- Generating quotes and invoicing products through our point-of-sale, which includes processing payments and daily cash outs.
- Keep clients and their outbound account manager updated on the status of their orders, including shipment tracking.
- Day-to-day account management with TELUS on behalf of customers, including calls in to TELUS Help Desk agents.
- Inventory management, including ordering general stock, organizing sales floor, monthly inventory counts, and reconciling repairs.
