We are on an exciting journey in our Cyber and Information Security team! Our team is growing, and we're focused on recruiting experts who are committed to safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the resilience of our operations for our members, employees, and other key stakeholders. This includes protecting our security infrastructure, proactive threat monitoring, strengthening our policies and procedures, staying at the forefront of cybersecurity, and keeping our digital ecosystem safe and secure. What you'll do
As our Cyber and Information Security Operations Analyst, you will oversee the monitoring and analysis of Prospera's network and data infrastructure from a cybersecurity and Information Security perspective. You will develop security playbooks for incident detection and response, analyzing both current and emerging threats, managing vulnerability, testing, and refining security monitoring tools. You will also support incident investigations, conduct supplier due diligence and respond to security questionnaires from clients. You will also collaborate with IT Support, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, and key suppliers to minimize Prospera's overall cyber risk. Your role will be instrumental and important in safeguarding Prospera's organizational information against potential threats.
What you bring:
3 years' experience in working in a Security Operations Centre or a related field.
Proven experience in systems administration, security application deployment, and integration.
Experience in Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, log analysis and automation.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, communications protocols, cloud, and mobile device best practices.
Proficiency in network security testing tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS and GCP)
Knowledge in technical and administrative controls for web, application, client/server, database, and network security
Experience in security and compliance audits, penetration analysis, vulnerability research, and auditing network controls.
Results-driven, adaptable to changes in priority, and quality-focused.
Proven relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated Critical thinking ability and working in a team environment.
