As a Data Analyst, you will provide daily reporting, analysis and performance of One Touch Billing activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage testing activities within OTB
- Read and understand all functional requirement documents and understand testing scope, develop test scripts, prioritize testing activities, execute all test scripts and report defects, define severity and priority of defects, carry out regression testing every time changes are made to code to fix defects
- Provide support to the One Touch Billing functions and review processes regularly to implement adequate controls, identify gaps and suggest areas for process improvements
- Perform complex analysis related to One Touch Billing
- Make recommendations for improvement projects using best practices methods and ideas as well as coach and mentor others
- Create a regression suite of test scripts for billing to ensure accuracy of SAP idoc posting, order creation, billing to accounting and invoicing after undergoing corrections or changes for each level of testing.
.Qualifications
- 1-3 years of progressive experience
- Knowledgeable in SAP and BI systems
- Knowledge in SQL database report - programming to assist with the manipulation of extremely large data files
- Expert in excel data manipulation
- Analytical skills

- Decision Making/ Leadership skills
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
