We are currently seeking a Data Entry Associate - (Remote) to join our team in Halifax , Nova Scotia (CA-NS) , Canada (CA) .
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze provider data to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Utilize HealthRules Payor (HRP) system to perform data cleanup activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather missing data and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to provider data management.
- Resolving discrepancies to support accurate claims processing and network management.
- Participate in testing activities to validate the accuracy of provider data within the HRP system.
- Document data cleanup processes and maintain detailed records of all activities. Continuously monitor and improve data quality processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements :
- 1-3 Years of experience in Data Entry and reporting.
- HRP (HealthRules Payor) knowledge and experience. (Preferred)
- US Healthcare knowledge/experience (preferred).
- Detailed-oriented: necessary to operate in a complex, multi-faceted environment.
- Must have demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Customer service oriented.
