In the sales role, you will provide world-class customer service to curate solutions that support learners and instructors in a variety of pedagogies..

This sales role will be tasked with: Defining key markets and clients, building relationships within key markets and client groups, growing an assigned market in revenue and goals, by building the pipeline for future Natural Pod business.
This position will report to the Solutions Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a sales target with monthly, quarterly and annual goals
- Prospect within assigned markets and geographies and support lead qualification
- Act as the primary liaison and main point of contact with all prospects and customers
- Participant in the sales team collective model to meet sales targets
- Deliver a high level of customer service, positively representing the company values in all communications
- Maintain product mix and selling price
- Maintain up to date customer info on CRM (Hubspot)
- Stay informed and current with market trends in the education industry
- Communicate effectively and understand customer needs

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
The following experience is preferred:
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales goal
- Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers
- Experience working within a remote sales organization
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
- Knowledge of the educational sector, specifically early learning/childcare
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
