We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Associate to support our operations in managing transportation, dock assignments, communication with quarriers, and handling essential administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the company.
Employment type: Full Time/ permanant (40 hours a week),
Morning Shift (6:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computerized databases and systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and files
- Perform general office administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure data is organized and easily accessible
Requirements:
- Strong Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in using computerized databases and systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in computerized databases and systems. You will also update and manage Excel spreadsheets and files, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will perform general office administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the department.
To excel in this role, you must have strong Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy. You should be proficient in using computerized databases and systems, as well as have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational skills are essential to ensure that data is properly organized and easily accessible. Additionally, you should have the ability to type quickly and accurately.
