A local Vancouver success story with global operations and an impeccable reputation is seeking a motivated and dynamic Executive Assistant.

What- The Role:
- Entering, managing, and maintaining accurate sourcing data in our systems ie vendor allocations, port allocations, technology & capabilities allocations, duty inputs
- Own information required for delivery of our vendor allocation and buy processes
- Solving for and cleaning up any discrepancies found in data in our systems
- Support delivery of seasonal communication to our Vendor partners ie style lists
- Working on and building excel trackers, change tracker, costing trackers for day to day activities and seasonal activities
- You are a multi-task master & can handle multiple projects working with a variety of cross-functional partners. Time management is key
- You are confident in your strengths, always open to challenges .
- You are an expert in Excel and you have knowledge of Power BI
- You are tech savvy is able to navigate thru systems with ease (experience on PLM system would be an added advantage)
- You have strong analytical skills and love working with data
- You love attention to detail and maintain high level of accuracy in your work
- Apparel industry experience is an added advantage (but not a necessity)
$28-30/hr + 4% vacation pay
