Eli Report (https://elireport.com) is a start up based in Vancouver that has developed the market’s leading condo document review tool. We are a SaaS platform that leverages artificial intelligence to deliver powerful due diligence insights to realtors, homebuyers, property managers and notaries.
We are looking for an admin type all rounder who is interested in learning about and participating in all aspects of the business. To begin with this will be an entry level role with plenty of opportunities for growth. As we are a small team you will be working directly with the VP Business Development and CEO.
This position is remote and will be for 5 days a week including all weekends; initial 3-month contract could lead to a permanent, full-time position.
Your main functions will be:
- Operations - Ad hoc report completion for users (PDF files and simple budgeting)
- Data Entry - Verifying and completing database entry of certain fields and reconciliation of complex tables.
This is a full-time role with flexible remote work and hours. Bonus points if you’ve previously worked in real estate and are familiar with strata documents.

Salary: $38,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
