Daycare Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our daycare team as a Director. As a Director, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Your responsibilities will include supervising and engaging with children, managing the staff and parents and ensuring that all rules and regulations of the MFA are implemented.

Duties:
- Supervise and monitor children in the daycare facility
- Manage staff, schedules and pays
- Ensure that the daycare runs to MFA code
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of the children

Skills:
- Experience working with children in a caregiving capacity
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to manage employees

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
