```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Supervise and interact with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a daycare or early childhood education setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage children in educational activities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and other staff members
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
Qualifications:
- Level 1,2 or 3
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Must pass a background check
